Refund Policy

At Alora, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving them, provided that they are in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@alorabrands.com, and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they are in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. In case you are using the COD payment method, the money will be refunded directly to the delivery service you are using, so make sure you communicate this clearly with the delivery company you'll use.Ā 

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements.
